Position: Complaints Manager (Financial Services)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 pa depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Location: Cardiff
Contract: Permanent

This amazing opportunity will see you take on a newly created Complaints Manager role, where you will manage a small team of complaints handlers and take ownership of the successful resolution of all complaints.
- Making sure customer complaints are resolved rapidly to a high standard
- Identifying root cause and taking steps to eliminate them
- Working with the training team and team leaders on opportunities to improve handling of first line complaints
- Coaching and developing your team
- Acting as a point of escalation on more complex complaints
To be successful in securing this exciting new Complaints Manager role for this established and growing Fin-Tech business, we want to see the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in managing FCA complaints process (ESSENTIAL)
- Experience leading a small team of complaints handlers in a fast paced, regulated role
- A real trouble-shooting mentality
- A high degree of empathy and the ability to have tough conversations
