Position: Collections Advisor
Location: Cardiff Bay
Salary: £18,500 pa to £22,500 pa (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm + Saturdays on a rota basis 9am to 1pm

The successful Collections Advisor will be responsible for the following:
- Working closely with the customers who have fallen behind on their loan repayments to promote engagement
- Having effective conversations to create a manageable solution that is best for both the customer and the bank
- Taking the time to understand the customer’s individual situation, showing empathy and respect and providing fair outcomes and positive experiences throughout
- Ensuring a fair and ethical approach - helping each and every customer on their road to financial recovery
